International Delivery

International delivery is available. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination, package weight and measurements, and selected payment method. International customers wishing to know the shipping price prior to ordering should contact us via email.

International customers outside of the European Union may be contacted by customs authorities during delivery for the purpose of calculating and collecting applicable customs duties.

Delivery within Poland

For deliveries within Poland, a flat rate of 26 PLN applies. Cash-on-delivery is exclusively available for shipments within the territory of Poland.

Shipping Costs with PayPal

Additional fees apply for payments made through PayPal:

• 3.3% for orders within the EU
• 5.5% for orders outside the EU

UK Orders

Orders destined for the UK can only be finalized for amounts of 135 GBP or above due to the absence of a UK VAT number associated with our shop.

Delivery Methods

Deliveries are carried out by reputable couriers, ensuring timely and safe transport of packages. The couriers used include:

• GLS
• UPS
• DPD
• FedEx

The selection of a courier is determined during the calculation of shipping costs to provide the most economical option available.

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all address details provided are accurate. Inaccurate addresses may lead to shipping delays or additional charges.
