  • Company A is responsible for fulfilling and processing international and wholesale orders.
  • Company B is responsible for fulfilling and processing retail orders within the territory of Poland.
  • Depending on the Buyer’s order type and delivery destination, the relevant company becomes the contracting party. This information will be explicitly stated in the order confirmation.

1. GENERAL

  1. The store operates within the Republic of Poland. Polish law governs all contracts and dispute resolutions arising from sales transactions.
  2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will enter into force 14 days after publication on this website. Orders placed before the update remain subject to the version valid at the time of purchase.
  4. The Buyer must not provide unlawful content or use the store’s website for illegal purposes.

2. THE OFFER

  1. Product listings on the website do not constitute an offer as defined in Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. They represent an invitation to submit purchase offers.
  2. The Buyer makes an offer by completing the order process or submitting the order via email. The sales contract is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation email.
  3. All prices are stated in Polish Zloty (PLN) and Euro (EUR). EUR prices are binding.
  4. Prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs for domestic retail orders are displayed prior to completing the purchase. For all other orders, delivery costs will be calculated separately.
  5. Prices may change due to external factors, but once an order is confirmed, the agreed price is binding for that transaction.
  6. Products are presented with accurate descriptions and photographs. Minor differences in color, texture, or finish may occur due to monitor settings or individualized production.
  7. For custom or personalized products, final appearance may differ depending on parameters selected by the Buyer (e.g., color, fabric, trimming).
  8. All content on this website — including text, images, and trademarks — is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

  1. Requirements for placing an order:

    • Functional web browser
    • Active email account
  2. Orders may be placed through the website or by email at godim123@gmail.com.
  3. To place an order, the Buyer must accept these Terms and Conditions.
  4. After submitting the order, the Buyer receives an email confirming the order receipt.
  5. Payment methods:
    • Bank transfer (prepayment)
    • PayPal
    • Cash on delivery (available only in Poland)
  6. In case of bank transfer, payment must be made within 14 days of placing the order. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

  1. Orders are processed after payment confirmation (or immediately for cash-on-delivery orders within Poland).
  2. Standard processing time is up to 7 business days from payment registration.
  3. For large or custom orders, processing time may extend to up to 21 business days. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed by email or by phone (if this is the preferred method indicated by the Buyer).
  4. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. or during weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  5. Delivery methods and costs:
    • Within Poland: courier delivery, cost 26 PLN.
    • International delivery: cost calculated individually based on destination, package weight, and payment method. The Buyer will be notified of the shipping cost before order confirmation.
  6. Cash-on-delivery is available only for deliveries within the territory of Poland.
  7. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. In case of an incorrect address, the Buyer covers the cost of re-shipment.
  8. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or external circumstances beyond its control.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

  1. Consumers (Buyers acting outside business activity) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email: godim123@gmail.com and submit a completed withdrawal form, available [HERE].
  3. The Buyer should return the goods to the following address:

within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal notice.

 

  1. Only products in an unchanged condition (unused, clean, and complete) are eligible for return, unless necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  2. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the withdrawal notice or the returned product — whichever occurs first.
  3. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.
  4. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the Seller has agreed otherwise. The Seller will refund standard delivery costs of the initial shipment but not any additional charges for express or premium shipping.
  5. Customized or personalized items made to the Buyer’s specifications are not subject to withdrawal under Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. Products are covered by the Seller’s liability for non-conformity with the contract under applicable Polish Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act provisions.
  2. If the Buyer identifies a defect, they should contact the Seller via email: godim123@gmail.com.
  3. The complaint should include a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and, if possible, photographs of the issue.

  1. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
  2. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will repair or replace the product free of charge, or issue a refund if repair/replacement is impossible.
  3. The Seller reimburses the Buyer for the cost of returning defective goods via the standard shipping method.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. The administrators of personal data are Company A and Company B — each within the scope of the orders they handle.
  2. Personal data is processed for:
    • Conclusion and performance of the sales contract;
    • Issuing and handling invoices;
    • Delivery and complaint handling;
    • Marketing communications (only with separate explicit consent).
  3. The legal bases for processing are Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (a) GDPR.
  4. Personal data may be disclosed to payment processors, couriers, and IT service providers supporting the Seller.
  5. Data is stored for the period required by accounting, tax, and legal obligations, or until consent is withdrawn (for marketing).
  6. Buyers have the right to:
    • Access, rectify, and erase their data;
    • Restrict or object to processing;
    • Withdraw consent (if given);
    • Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the contract.

8. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

  1. The store uses cookies for essential site functionality and analytics.
  2. Non-essential cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) are used only after obtaining the user’s consent through the cookie banner.
  3. Cookies can be deleted or blocked in browser settings, though doing so may affect website functionality.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. The Seller informs that consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  2. The Seller does not agree to out-of-court dispute resolution unless expressly accepted in a specific case.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular:
    • The Civil Code (Dz.U. 1964 nr 16 poz. 93);
    • The Consumer Rights Act (Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827);
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
  2. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is effective as of the date below.
